Automatic Doors
An Automatic door is required to be listed on the Compliance Schedule where the door:
-Is designed to open without direct operation from any building occupancy
-Could cause injury should they fail to operate
-Could trap occupants in a building should it fail to operate as required.
Inspections: Must be completed in accordance with your Compliance Schedule. You will need to have a provider and contract in place for inspections to be completed at the specified intervals, FireWise can liaise with your provider to receive their 12a for the BWOF issue.
